Bishop Terry E. West
Bishop Terry E. West serves as the Senior Pastor of Lighthouse Church International and serves as Assistant Presiding Prelate for Kingdom International Alliance.

With over 45 years in ministry, Bishop West began evangelizing and has pastored in Southern California before relocating to Tucson with his wife Nancy 20 years ago. Together, they serve faithfully in both spiritual and community outreach.

Known for operating prophetically through the gifts of the Spirit, Bishop West is a committed husband, father, and leader who passionately shares the Word of God and is committed to reaching the lost fulfilling the great commission. Building a church that is multiethnic with one distinct Christ centered culture.

He serves as a board member to the Living Room Arizona Ministries   and Isaiah 35 Ministries.   

His ministry has flourished under the leadership of Apostle Jessie West II Prelate of Kingdom International Alliance, and he continues to walk faithfully in his prophetic calling with a servant’s heart. Being faithful to preach and teach the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Pastor Arthur Rodgers
Arthur Rodgers is first and foremost a servant of the Lord Jesus Christ. He commits his life to assisting others in practical kingdom living by encouraging people to increase their relationship with God in order to obtain their full potential. He is a graduate from the University of Arizona and a postgraduate from the University of Phoenix as he believes that education is another arrow in the quiver of a believer.

Pastor Rodgers is the Associate Pastor at Lighthouse Church International and has served in that capacity since 2014 promoting growth and prosperity for every person. Pastor Rodgers is a leader and mentor for men and women across the country with plans to reach the nations. He continues to support youth development by coaching basketball for young men and women who desire a healthy way to mature and grow as a productive member of society.

He is husband to the most awesome woman on the planet, Thecia Rodgers and father to 5 wonderful children in Dionte, Alyssa, Alexys, Elisha and Kira. God has blessed him with a wonderful grandson Rowan, whom he hopes to influence in life, and all that God has purposed for him. As a dedicated father, husband and grandfather, Pastor Rodgers enjoys spending time with his family as this is his first ministry.

Pastor Irene Chaney
Irene Chaney is an Ordained Pastor who has been in ministry for over 40 yrs. She is presently working with Lighthouse Church International as an Associate Staff Pastor where Bishop Terry West is Senior Pastor. Irene Chaney graduated from Ohio Christian University with a AA in Christian Studies and Bachelor of Arts in Theology and Leadership Ministry. Pastor Chaney is a member of the Pinnacle Honor Society. She is also the President and CEO of Outer Limits Prayer Ministry. She has several Certificates in Biblical Studies and Christian Counseling.  

She pastored her own church for 2 years prior to combining with LCI. She is presently the head of the intercessory prayer team. Her passion is prayer, which is the strength of her life.  She believes that prayer can change anything.  Her motto is "Men should always pray and not faint."  

She has been a Radio announcer of the Prayer and Share Ministry with Prophet Roger DeCuir in Pasadena, California, a Sunday school superintendent in Tucson AZ, adult Sunday school teacher and Women's Pastor.  She has traveled extensively carrying the gospel of Jesus Christ. She maintains that she will pray without ceasing as it states in 1 Thess. 5:17. 

She is the mother of seven children, with whom Apostle Jessie West II is one and 15 grandchildren. 

Her community service is the feeding ministry and hospice volunteer service.

Pastor Irene Chaney 

Pastor Vaughn William Price
Pastor Vaughn Price serves as the Director of Christian Education at Lighthouse Church International. He accepted his call to ministry in 1983, licensed as a minister in 1998 and was ordained in 2013 and selected as a Staff Pastor in 2014.

He is a retired U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant with 26 years of service and is originally from Cleveland, Ohio. Pastor Price holds a Master of Christian Ministry from Wayland Baptist University, and a Bachelor of Science majoring in Social Psychology from Park University.

He has served in various ministerial and pastoral roles across several military bases in Texas, California, Arizona, Korea, Kuwait and Iraq. Pastor Price also currently serves as the Chaplain for Arizona Christian Men’s Fellowship. He is an avid off-roader and camping enthusiast and is often exploring God’s creation in the deserts and mountains of Arizona and Colorado.

Pastor Price is married to Pastor LaNita Price, and they have one daughter and three grandchildren. He is driven to be a blessing to the body of Christ. Pastor Price is unapologetically Kingdom minded and strives to encourage, edify, and challenge the body of Christ to worship, live, think, and prosper as the Bible says we can and should through anointed teaching, preaching, and by being a living example of scriptural truths.

Pastor LaNita Price
Pastor LaNita Price is an ordained minister and the Director of Healing Hearts Family Counseling and Life Coaching at Lighthouse Church International in Tucson, Arizona. As a U.S. Air Force veteran, Pastor LaNita brings a unique blend of discipline, compassion, and resilience to her ministry. Her heart for seeing others walk in their God-given liberty is evident in every aspect of her work. She combines her passion for healing, empathy for restoration, and professional training to provide both spiritual and mental health support.

Her approach to coaching is rooted in a deep empathy for the human journey toward wholeness, spiritual healing, closure, and renewed faith. She believes that true transformation begins with understanding each person’s unique story and honoring their desire for healing and purpose. Drawing from her own walk of faith, Pastor LaNita openly shares how God has guided her through seasons of challenge and renewal, using her testimony to build trust and create a safe, authentic space for clients seeking Christ-centered growth.

In her practice, Pastor LaNita blends biblical principles—such as prayer, meditation on scripture, and reliance on God’s promises—with evidence-based professional skills in psychology and leadership development. This integrated approach allows her to support clients as they navigate life’s complexities, overcome obstacles, and discover their God-given potential. Whether she is exploring forgiveness, cultivating resilience, or clarifying life purpose, Pastor LaNita encourages clients to anchor their journey in faith, while also equipping them with practical tools for personal and professional growth.

Her coaching is always client-focused, meeting individuals where they are and walking alongside them as they pursue healing, closure, and a renewed sense of hope. By combining spiritual wisdom with proven coaching techniques, Pastor LaNita helps clients experience lasting transformation—empowering them to live out their calling and embrace the fullness of life that God intends.

After retiring from the Air Force in 2007, she relocated to Tucson with her husband, Pastor Vaughn Price. She is a breast cancer survivor who now shares her testimony to encourage others and promote wellness, both spiritually and emotionally.

In addition to counseling, Pastor Price serves on the Lighthouse Praise and Worship Team and previously sat on the advisory board of Bag It, a nonprofit supporting cancer patient and their families. She continues to lead and uplift others through teaching, speaking, and Christ-centered care.

Pastor Robert Amey
Pastor Robert Amey has served for the past 30 years as an active member of this house of worship. Pastor Robert Amey grew as a child learning the ways of God. His mother was very influential and an excellent example in teaching him and the other siblings the power of praying effectively. Over the course of time, this Servant of God began to discover the gifting, talent, and ability that had been placed in his hands at an early age. Born with a spiritual veil over his eyes, through the instructions of his God-fearing parents, he began to learn more concerning the gift of discernment, cleaving to the Word of God, while embracing the Spirit of Intercession.

Pastor Amey began to realize that prayer was and is the foundation on which all other giftings rely and it is the practice of this principal that catapults the thriving ministry and anointing present today.

Pastor Amey received his ministerial license and appointment as an ordained elder while attending his current house of worship, Lighthouse Church International, in Tucson, AZ.

Under the tutelage of Bishop Terry and Lady Nancy West, Pastor Amey, with a servant’s heart, is faithfully active as the Staff Pastor and leader of the Praise and Worship ministry.

Pastor Amey graduated college with his AAS Degree in Business Management and pursued a career in Property Management. He is also the founder, owner of RJ’s Suit City – selling men’s fashion at an affordable rate.

To add, this kingdom citizen has been chosen to trail the evangelistic path, spreading the gospel to those who are in need.

Pastor Amey is a man whose heart is filled with love and compassion for the people of God. He is one who is willing to share the Word of God whenever the opportunity presents itself. It is his endeavor that, through the spoken words of Christ, every heart is turned to repentance, faith is re-established in the lives of God’s people, minds are renewed, healings and deliverance are manifested, and lives be transformed.

Pastor Clyde L. Alexander

Pastor Clyde L. Alexander’s life is a testament to unwavering faith, humble service, and a heart committed to the work of the Lord. His journey began in 1951 at the tender age of twelve, when he accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior—an encounter that shaped the course of his entire life. Years later, in 1989, he answered God’s call to ministry and was ordained in 1996, stepping fully into the purpose God had prepared for him. Through decades of service, he has remained steadfast in his devotion, relying daily on the Holy Spirit for guidance, wisdom, and strength.

One of the greatest joys of Pastor Alexander’s life has been his 22-year tenure shepherding Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Tucson, faithfully supported by his beloved wife, Evangelist Josie Alexander. Together, they poured their hearts into nurturing the congregation, uplifting the community, and creating a legacy of love, encouragement, and spiritual growth. His dynamic preaching style—overflowing with passion, sincerity, and the undeniable presence of God—has touched countless lives. Pastor Alexander is known and cherished for praising God through dance as joyfully as he does through the preached Word.

In addition to his pastoral ministry, Pastor Alexander is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, retiring after 26 years of honorable duty to his country. His devotion to spiritual growth led him to complete theology studies across Arizona, Virginia, and Texas, always seeking deeper understanding so he could better teach and serve others. He currently serves as Staff Pastor at Lighthouse Church International, Tucson. At the heart of everything Pastor Alexander does is a profound love for God’s Word and a desire to share the message of salvation with all who will have ears to hear.
