Bishop Terry West
Pastor Terry West serves as the Senior Pastor of Lighthouse Church International and the Chairman of Pastors and Elders for Kingdom International Alliance.

With over 30 years in ministry, Pastor West began evangelizing in Southern California before relocating to Tucson with his wife, Nancy, more than 15 years ago. Together, they serve faithfully in both spiritual and community outreach.

Known for operating prophetically through the gifts of the Spirit, Pastor West is a committed husband, father, and leader who passionately shares the Word of God while also ministering to the needs of the less fortunate.

His ministry has flourished under the leadership of Apostle Jessie West II, and he continues to walk faithfully in his prophetic calling with a servant’s heart.

Pastor Arthur Rodgers
Pastor Arthur Rodgers serves as the Associate Pastor at Lighthouse Church International, a role he has held since 2014. A passionate servant of the Lord Jesus Christ, he is committed to helping others grow spiritually and live out practical kingdom principles.

Pastor Rodgers holds degrees from the University of Arizona and the University of Phoenix, believing that education is a vital tool for empowering believers. He is an active member of the Southern Arizona Community Schools Alliance and partners with local leaders to promote education and wellness throughout the region.

In addition to his pastoral work, Pastor Rodgers is a high school basketball coach at Ironwood Ridge High School and mentors youth through ZonaFlight for ages 8–12.

He is married to Thecia Rodgers, and together they raise five children: Dionte, Alyssa, Alexys, Elisha, and Kira. A devoted husband and father, Pastor Rodgers views his family as his first and most important ministry.

Pastor Irene Chaney
Pastor Irene Chaney is an ordained minister with over 40 years of experience in ministry. She currently serves as a Staff Pastor at Lighthouse Church International, where she leads the Feeding Ministry and Intercessory Prayer Team.

Pastor Chaney holds a Bachelor’s degree in Christian and Pastoral Ministries and is pursuing her Master’s in Christian Counseling. She is also the President and CEO of Outer Limits Prayer Ministry and formerly pastored her own church before joining Lighthouse Church International.

Deeply passionate about prayer, Pastor Chaney believes prayer is the foundation of her life and ministry. Her favorite scripture, “Men should always pray and not faint,” reflects her lifelong commitment to intercession and spiritual empowerment.

She has also served as a radio announcer, Sunday school superintendent, women’s pastor, and adult Bible teacher. No matter the role, Pastor Chaney remains devoted to her calling to “pray without ceasing” (1 Thessalonians 5:17).

Pastor Vaughn William Price
Pastor Vaughn William Price serves as the Director of Christian Education at Lighthouse Church International. He accepted his call to ministry in 1983 and was ordained in 2013.

A retired U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant with 26 years of service, Pastor Price holds a Master’s in Christian Ministry and several degrees in psychology and aviation technology. He has served in various pastoral roles across military bases, including deployments in Iraq.

Pastor Price is married to Elder LaNita Price, and they have one daughter and two grandchildren. He is passionate about biblical education and empowering believers to grow through sound doctrine and servant leadership.

Pastor LaNita Price
Pastor LaNita Price is an ordained minister and Director of Healing Hearts Family Counseling at Lighthouse Church International in Tucson, Arizona. A U.S. Air Force veteran, she brings her heart for healing and her professional training into both spiritual and mental health support.

Pastor Price holds a Bachelor’s in Social Psychology from Park University and a Master’s in Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University. She is a licensed counselor and a member of both the American Association of Christian Counselors and the Black American Association of Christian Counselors.

After retiring from the Air Force in 2007, she relocated to Tucson with her husband, Pastor Vaughn Price. She is a breast cancer survivor who now shares her testimony to encourage others and promote wellness, both spiritually and emotionally.

In addition to counseling, Pastor Price serves on the Lighthouse Praise and Worship Team and sits on the advisory board of Bag It, a nonprofit supporting cancer patients and their families. She continues to lead and uplift others through teaching, speaking, and Christ-centered care.

Elder Robert Amey
Elder Robert Amey serves as a Staff Pastor and leader of the Praise and Worship Ministry at Lighthouse Church International in Tucson, Arizona. Raised in a prayerful home, he was deeply influenced by his mother’s example and began developing a strong foundation in intercession and spiritual discernment from an early age.

Known for his servant’s heart, Elder Amey is passionate about worship, prayer, and the transformative power of God’s Word. He believes that prayer is the foundation upon which all spiritual gifts are built and continues to operate in the gift of intercession with humility and obedience.

Elder Amey received his ministerial license and was ordained at Lighthouse Church International, where he faithfully serves under the leadership of Pastor Terry and Lady Nancy West.

His desire is that through the preached Word of Christ, hearts are turned to repentance, minds are renewed, and lives are forever changed by the power of God.
