Pastor Terry West, a servant of the Lord Jesus Christ, has been in ministry for over 30 years. He evangelized in Southern California. Pastor Terry moved to Tucson with his lovely wife Nancy over 15 years ago and, as a unit they diligently serve and minister to the people of God. Pastor Terry operates keenly in the prophetic, through the gifts of the spirit, which are evident through his ministry. He is loving husband, father and leader to the community in which feeds people the word of God while whole heartedly commits to feeding those less fortunate. He has learned the value of leadership and, those less fortunate. He has learned the value of leadership and, those less fortunate. He has learned the value of leadership and, in following as his prophetic ministry under God, has flourished under the leadership of Apostle Jessie West II. He currently serves as the Senior Pastor of Lighthouse Church International and the chairman of Pastors and Elders of Kingdom International Alliance.

Arthur Rodgers is  first  and foremost a servant of  the  Lord  Jesus Christ.  He commits h is life to assisting others in practical kingdom living by encouraging people  to   increase  their  relationship  with God in order to obtain their full potential.  He is a graduate from the University of Arizona and a post graduate from the University of Phoenix as he believes that education is another arrow in the quiver of a believer.  Pastor Rodgers is the Associate Pastor at Lighthouse Church International and has served in that capacity since 2014 promoting growth and prosperity for every person.  Pastor Rodgers is an active member of the Southern Arizona Community Schools Alliance and works diligently with community leaders to improve education and wellness in the community.  He serves as a leader and mentor for men and women across the country with plans to reach the nations.  Pastor Rodgers is a high school basketball coach at Ironwood Ridge High school and also coaches basketball for 8-12 yr. olds with ZonaFlight.
He is husband to the most awesome woman on the planet, Thecia Rodgers and father to 5 wonderful children in Dionte, Alyssa, Alexys, Elisha and Kira.  As a dedicated father and husband, Pastor Rodgers enjoys spending time with his family as this is his first ministry.

Irene Chaney is an Ordained Pastor who has been in ministry for over 40 yrs. She is presently working with Lighthouse Church International as an Staff Pastor where Prophet Terry West is Senior Pastor. She has a Bachelor's degree in Christian and Pastoral Ministries. She is President and CEO of Outer Limits Prayer Ministry. Although she has a Bachelor's degree and a number of Certificates in Biblical Studies she is focusing on obtaining her Master's degree in Christian Counseling. She also pastored her own church for 2 years prior to combining with LCI. She is presently the pastor of the feeding ministry of Lighthouse Church International, where they feed over 100 people each Friday evening. She is also the head  of the intercessory prayer team. Her passion is prayer which is the strength of her life.  She believes that prayer can change anything.  Her motto is "Men should always pray and not faint." She has been a Radio announcer of the Prayer and Share Ministry  with Prophet Roger DeCuir in Pasadena, California, a Sunday school superintendent in Tucson AZ, adult Sunday school teacher and Women's Pastor.  She maintains that she will pray without ceasing as it states in 1 Thess. 5:17.

Pastor Vaughn William Price currently serves as a Staff Pastor and the Director of Christian Education at Lighthouse Church International providing vision, leadership and guidance to the Christian Education Department. He is also the Chaplain for the Arizona Christian Men’s Fellowship.  Pastor Price is a retired Master Sergeant of 26 years from the United States Air Force and is originally from Cleveland, Ohio.
He has a Masters in Christian Ministry from Wayland Baptist University; a Bachelor of Science majoring in Social Psychology from Park University, as well as an Associate of General Studies from Pima Community College, an Associate of Science in General Education from Yuba College and an Associate of Applied Science in Aviation Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.  He completed Ministerial training at Lighthouse Church International and graduated and was ordained in November 2013.

Prior to joining the Air Force in 1984, he accepted his calling to ministry while attending Emmanuel Baptist Church in Cleveland, Ohio in 1983. While stationed at Randolph AFB, he began ministerial training and servanthood at New Creation Christian Fellowship in San Antonio, Texas. He was licensed in October 1998 by Bishop David Copeland and served as the Assistant Pastor of the Beale AFB Gospel Service until he relocated to Tucson in 2000. While deployed to Iraq Elder Price was the Co-Pastor of the Kirkuk Air Base Gospel Service in 2003. In 2013 served as the Interim Pastor of the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base Gospel Service.

He is married to Elder LaNita Price, who leads the Healing Hearts Ministry, a counseling service provided by Lighthouse Church International and also a retired Air Force veteran.  They have one daughter, Brittney McConn and two grandchildren, Noel and Aria. More than anything else Pastor Price is a Born Again, spirit filled servant of God called to share the good news of Jesus Christ to His people and the world.  He is driven to be a blessing to the body of Christ. He strives to  encourage, edify, and challenge the body of Christ to worship, live, think, and prosper as the Bible says we can and should through anointed teaching, preaching, and by being a living example of scriptural truths. 

Pastor LaNita Price is an ordained minister serving at Lighthouse Church International in Tucson, Arizona under the leadership of Pastor Terry West and the Apostolic covering of Apostle Jesse West II. She currently serves as the Director of Healing Hearts Family Counseling, LLC at Lighthouse Church International. She also sings with Lighthouse’s Praise and Worship team. Pastor Price is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and Black American Association of Christian Counselors.

Pastor Price is a native of Lakeland, Florida and is an Air Force veteran. She received her Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology from Park University in May 2010 and a Master of Science in Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University in May 2012.  She retired from the United States Air Force while stationed at Keesler AFB, Mississippi in May 2007 and then married her husband, Pastor Vaughn Price the following week and relocated to Tucson. They have one daughter, Brittne’y, married to Reuben McConn and three grandchildren, Noel, Aria and Emry who live in New Orleans, Louisiana. 

Pastor Price began her career in the counseling field in October 2012 and was diagnosed with Stage II Breast Cancer in November 2012. She had to stop working due to complications from chemotherapy in March. She is now cancer free and serving the Lord with a renewed drive and sense of urgency. She was licensed as a minister in November 2013 and ordained as an Elder in 2015 after completing an intensive ministerial training program. She uses her licensure and her degrees to help provide counseling to others in need of support and also by speaking to women about personal and spiritual health. Pastor Price developed curriculum and provided self-help courses at Lighthouse for spiritual guidance and personal improvement. 

Pastor Price sits on the advisory board for Bag It, a non-profit that provides resources and materials to cancer patients and their caregivers to conquer the fear of a cancer diagnosis through information. She serves on the External Affairs Committee providing information to the local and nationwide cancer community of available resources.

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because He hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recover sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised. (Luke 4:18)

Elder Robert Amey grew as a child learning the ways of God. His mother was very influential and an excellent example in teaching him and the other siblings, the power of praying effectively. Over the course of time, this Man of God had begun to discover the gifting, talent, and ability that had been placed in his hand at an early age. Born with a spiritual veil over his eyes, through the instructions of his God fearing parents, he begin to learn more concerning the gift of discernment, cleaving to the Word of God, while embracing the Spirit of Intercession. 

Elder Amey begin to realize that prayer was and is the foundation on which all other gifting rely and it is the practice of this principal that catapults the thriving ministry and anointing resident today. 

Elder Amey received his ministerial license and appointment as an ordained elder while attending his current house of worship, Lighthouse Church International, in Tucson, AZ.

Under the tutelage of Pastor Terry and Lady Nancy West, Elder Amey, with a servant’s heart, is faithfully active as the Staff Pastor and leader of the Praise and Worship ministry. 

Elder Amey is a man whose heart is filled with love and compassion for the people of God. He is one who is willing to share the Word of God whenever the opportunity presents itself. 

It is his endeavor that, through the spoken words of Christ, every heart is turned to repentance, faith is re-established in the lives of God’s people, minds are renewed, and lives be transformed.
